Returns and exchanges

Here is the important information:

As part of our money-back guarantee and in accordance with the provisions of Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of fourteen days (14 days) to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision or bear any costs other than the return costs .

The period mentioned above runs from the day of receipt of the goods by the consumer or a third party, other than the carrier, designated by him.

Despite the care taken when preparing your orders, it may happen that the order does not conform to the one you made (example: item different from the one ordered) , for this you must notify zakoutaa by e-mail as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days after receipt in order to agree on a solution together.

Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, etc.). In this context, you are liable. Any damage suffered on the product on this occasion may be such as to create a failure of the right of withdrawal.

Special case: If you wish to return an item from an order including a piece of jewelry offered from a certain purchase amount, the latter must be returned to us if the amount of the order after return is less than the amount required for the offer.

Special case: If you wish to return an order containing a gift card offered with any purchase, during a promotional period, the latter will be deactivated and unusable if the order is returned in its entirety.

How to proceed?

For each return request it is essential to contact us by email using our contact form or at the following address zakoutaa@gmail.com without this, we authorize ourselves to refuse the return.

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. You have seven days after contacting customer service to make the return.

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the company ZAKOUTAA will reimburse the sums paid within 14 days following receipt of your order and via the same means of payment as that used when ordering.

For information:

  • We are not responsible for theft or disappearance of packages. Without respecting the dates, we will not be able to refund you upon receipt of the return.
  • You must keep proof of submission of your return with a tracking number which must appear on your return (the photo of the package must also be kept)
  • We are not responsible for breakage of items due to transport, therefore the costs of repairing the items are not our responsibility.
  • In the event of an error on our part, the return costs will be our responsibility.
  • Any return containing jewelry and products that have been worn, damaged, or used will be systematically refused and, again, shipping will be at your expense.
  • For hygiene reasons, earrings and piercings are not returned in accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.
  • Any item damaged after being worn will be subject to exchange only.
  • Any item received damaged following transport will be subject to exchange only.
  • Promotional items are not refundable or exchangeable.
  • All personalized items. (jewelry, ....) Special orders (made at the customer's request by written specifications)
  • If your right of return has expired, your return will be automatically sent back to you
  • All returned items must be sent in their original condition and packaging where possible, including the label.
  • Likewise, shoes must be returned with the original shoe box and dust covers.
  • Items must not be worn/washed.
  • Items must not have any traces of makeup
  • For hygiene reasons: swimsuits will not be returned or exchanged.
  • As a result, returns of washed and/or worn clothing, as well as damaged boxes will be refused. In addition, shoe boxes cannot be used as parcels.

This form must be attached to the package that you will use to return the product(s).
